We run a worldwide online coaching service. Because we handle your name and email address, we protect your data in line with global rules, including the UK GDPR.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by an independent sole trader. If you have any questions about your data, you can contact us directly via our business email address.

2. The Data We Collect & Why

We only collect data you explicitly give us. We do NOT use tracking analytics or advertising cookies.

* Contact Form: We collect your name and email to answer your questions.

* Calendly: We collect your name and email to book and run your coaching sessions.

Our legal basis for handling this data is to perform our coaching contract with you, or to take steps to enter into a contract.

3. Who We Share It With

We never sell your data. We only use trusted third-party tools to run our business:

* Calendly (for call scheduling)

* Google / Gmail (for email communication)

These platforms securely process your data and may host it on secure servers outside the UK.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

If you become a client, we securely store your emails and booking data for 7 years after coaching ends to comply with UK tax, legal, and coaching insurance requirements.

If you do not become a client, we delete your email inquiries within 6 months.

5. Your Rights

You can email us at any time via our business email to ask for a copy of your data or to ask us to delete it entirely.
