ADHD informed, strengths led, and neurodiversity affirming

ADHD informed, strengths led, & neurodiversity affirming

You have probably tried things before. Planners, apps, productivity systems, sheer willpower. Maybe they worked for a while. But nothing stuck, because none of it started in the right place.

Psychiatrist Dr William Dodson describes the ADHD brain as having an interest based nervous system, rather than an importance based one, which is exactly why tools built around importance keep failing, whatever the tool.

At Still Point, we start where you are, not where anyone thinks you should be. The work is ADHD informed, strengths led, and neurodiversity affirming. We work at your pace, in a way that is co-created and entirely yours, toward what matters most to you.

Not the masked version you were told to believe is true. You will finish with a clearer understanding of your ADHD, tools that fit how your brain is actually wired, and something that might feel unfamiliar at first: real trust in yourself.

What a session actually looks like

Fifty minutes, camera on if you want it, off if you don’t.

We start by helping you actually arrive, not just show up. That might mean a quiet pause before we begin, or working out what holds your focus that day, since that shapes where we go.From there, we follow whatever is live for you. Something that happened, something you are stuck on, or a pattern you noticed. There is no pre written script and no top down teaching. I am not there to direct you or assign homework you did not choose yourself. I am here to hold a quiet, collaborative space where your own realisations can safely surface, leaving you understanding your needs in your own words, not mine.
